What we store
We save assessment answers and results so you can resume and receive a report. If you sign in, we store your verified email. Profile details and résumé uploads are optional.
Who can see it
Your private reports and files are available to you through authorized access. Staff have operational controls; there is no employer search service in this release. Public cards are optional. Archetypes cards show your title and description, optionally with supporting contributions. Motivation cards show leading drivers, optionally with your broader driver mix. Traits cards show selected non-emotional work-style observations, optionally with selected facet descriptions. Stress sensitivity and emotional facets never appear on public cards. Answers and numerical scores stay private. You can change that choice or disable the public link.
Employer discovery
Saving a profile does not automatically opt you in. You can separately express interest in future discovery and withdraw it on your profile page. There are no job promises, and no automatic hiring decisions based on these assessments.
Storage and retention
Production files use private Amazon S3 storage; profile and assessment records use our application database. Incomplete anonymous assessments expire after 30 inactive days; completed unclaimed assessments after 90. Abandoned uploads are cleaned after one day. Signed-in records remain until you request deletion. Recovery backups follow the deployment's documented retention policy.
Export and deletion
From your profile you can export your data or request account deletion. Access stops immediately and background jobs remove assessment data and stored files, including old object versions. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
Assessment limits
Archetypes and Motivation are draft self-discovery instruments. Work Traits adapts public-domain IPIP items. None of these results is a diagnosis, verified skill, population percentile or promise of job performance.
